Key Staff:
We are currently recruiting for Home Support Assistants to provide personal care in Hetton le Hole, Houghton le Spring, Washington & surrounding areas preferably drivers although non-drivers will be considered.
Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Experience in care would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given to QCF/NVQ level 2 and beyond should you wish to.
At Hetton Home Care Services we provide extensive training to all members of staff with refresher courses throughout your time with us. Our Training Coordinator Debra will discuss your training plan with you at your induction.
Within your role at HHCS you will be expected to provide Personal Care and Domestic Support to vulnerable adults and children.
Providing a high quality of care and support that meets the expressed and assessed needs and wishes of our service users whilst maintaining dignity, promoting independence and supporting them in their own choices.
